• Business Location The location of this B&B is very centrally located in the Costa de Prata so that there are numerous beautiful sights and excursions without a lot of travel time. To name a few examples: It is a 15-minute drive to Caldas da Rainha, the medieval town of Obidos and the beaches of Foz do Arelho, Salir do Porto and São Martinho do Porto. In half an hour you are in Nazaré, Alcobaça (Portugal's largest monastery), the Buddha garden in Bombarral, Leiria and Peniche. In about an hour's drive you can go to Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, Ericeira, Batalha, Fatima, Tomar, Santarém and Coimbra. In a radius of 4 km there are 7 real Portuguese restaurants, one of which even within walking distance (20 min walk).
• Premise Details This item consists of: -The private residence (144 m²), consisting of a large living room of 64 m², followed by a spacious bedroom with bathroom en suite, a modern kitchen and store room the living room has three Windows Open double doors (very much light) opening onto the private terrace of 180 m² with view of the mountains and the Valley. -Guests with breakfast room/restaurant and lounge area, library, spacious hallway with located 5 spacious double rooms, all with private bathroom (with shower and toilet), each with private terrace, again with great views. -Behind the terraces of the rooms is an orchard with all kinds of citrus fruits (Orange, lemon, lime, Tangerine and grapefruit).
